Oaks North is a senior community which qualifies as "housing for older persons" under the Federal Fair Housing Act.  All residents within this community must comply with the provisions of the CC&Rs and other governing documents related to age and familial status.  Surveys of residents are taken as prescribed by law, and at least 80% of the occupied units are occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older as of the date of execution of this statement.  Oaks North complies with policies and procedures designed to implement the intent of the community to provide housing for older persons.

The Oaks North Community Center was incorporated on March 20th, 1972.

The Center maintains Oaks North Community Inc, Social, Recreational facilities and programs.

• Gaming programs offered such as Bridge, Canasta, Mexican Train can be found in the various rooms the center has available.
• Facility uses include Fitness classes in the large Auditorium and Swim classes in the Olympic size pool.

The Center has a Library, Auditorium, Billiards room, Game rooms, Meeting rooms, Woodshop,Ceramics and Art room.

Oaks North proudly maintains Tennis courts, Fitness center and a Lawn bowl green.
